Our Youth Are Paramount!

Do you sometimes wonder how you can help your child? Are you worried about the dangers  your child is possibly experiencing? (vaping, smoking, drinking alcohol) Does your child have temper tantrums, depression, anxiety, falling grades, etc?

This event will start at 6:00 PM with a resource fair in the parking lot of the theatre. This will provide opportunities for all parents and members of the community to learn more information of helpful resources available here in Idaho Falls. At the resource fair, we will be giving away 20 tickets to the Idaho Falls Chukar's Baseball Game at the BYDC booth. More details about how to win a ticket is found at the bottom of the page.

At 7:00 PM, we will be in the theatre for a special presentation from a guest speaker, Dr. Linda Chamberlain. Dr. Chamberlain is the author of the "Amazing Brain" and lifelong  mission is to translate research into user friendly resources and tools for children, youth, and adults. From her presentation we will learn about effective methods to help communicate with youth, understand their behaviors, and much more!

How to win:

1). Come to Our Youth Are Paramount event on June 16, 2021 at 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM (during the resource fair).

2). Visit the BYDC booth and spin our prize wheel for a chance to a free ticket!

The tickets are for Sunday, June 20, 2021 at 4:00 PM. The game will be held at the Melaleuca Field.
